Capella Living Services, a Colorado-based senior living organization partnered with Denver based Confluent Development, LLC for the development of Capella of Grand Junction. Rosemann & Associates, P.C. created the design and the community was built by Bradbury Stamm Construction. This innovative Assisted Living and Memory Support community is focused on the vibrant culture of possibilities and growth for seniors. Capella offers spacious private studio suites and one and two bedroom apartment homes and memory support private studios. Capella’s 58,000 square feet of space is comprised of 40 assisted living apartments, 26 memory support apartments and is dedicated to community living. It includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, beautifully appointed full service restaurant, an art studio, comfortable bistro, full service salon, spa, education series room, and technology that enhances the lives of the residents.
