Rosemann & Associates, P.C. served as architect and structural engineer for New Mexico’s second MorningStar senior living community, located in Santa Fe. This 70,879 square foot development offers 85 units for residents, 56 for assisted living and 29 for memory care. Rosemann followed Santa Fe’s strict design guidelines resulting in its distinctive architectural pueblo style that fits in with the territorial style and native vernacular. MorningStar was designed to meet the needs of its residents; key highlights include an inner courtyard with kiva fireplace, putting green, strolling paths, wellness program and activities, 24/7 care and so much more.
